Riverside Arts Weekend is planned and organized by a small but mighty team of individuals who all believe in bringing a world-class event to our lovely town.​ We are always looking for more people to help us put on this beloved event.
Volunteer Opportunities
We have multiple opportunities for you to get involved, with a variety of roles to fit your availability

Join a Committee

Operations: Responsible for event logistics, food vendor solicitation, music/performance recruitment, judge recruitment/onsite judging logistics, artist hospitality coordination, post event paperwork/evaluation

Artist Engagement: Responsible for call for artists promotion, artist application and review, park layout, artist logistic communication/onsite packet

Finance: Responsible for working with treasurer on budget, solicitation, sponsor engagement and recognition, CAP auction, grants

Community Engagement: Responsible for Community Art Piece (CAP), children’s activities, volunteer engagement

Promotion/Communications: Responsible for website, social media, advertising, onsite recognition (signage, MC, award winners)

Volunteer at RAW

Set Up: Help with setting up artist and community booths prior to the event.

Information Booth: We staff an information booth both days of RAW. Help direct visitors and answer basic questions. (All information will be provided.)

Artist Hospitality: During the fair, provide support for artists by bringing around water/coffee or sit in booths to allow artists to take a break.
