Walking Tours of Riverside
While you’re at Riverside Arts Weekend, take a walk through Riverside – Frederick Law Olmsted’s masterpiece of landscape design and a National Historic Landmark.

The Olmsted Society will offer a guided walking tour on Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. Follow the winding, tree-lined streets to view historic, Mid-Century, and contemporary homes as you learn the history of our unique community. This is a special tour for RAW that includes homes not featured on the Olmsted Society’s regular walking tours.

Meet inside the Riverside Train Station at 9:50 a.m. The tour will last about 2 hours and cover a distance of more than two miles on paved surfaces. Homes can be viewed from the exterior only.
The tour is free, but donations to the Olmsted Society are welcome.
